LEAD TIMES
- Finishing Touch does not accept specific delivery dates.
- Every effort is made to have your order delivered in five weeks.
- If a delay occurs you will be notified.
RETURN POLICY
- All orders are inspected before shipping.
- All products are custom made and cannot be returned for any reason - except fabrication defects.
- All claims must be made within 30 days of shipment.
- Please contact Quality Control Dept immediately by calling (760) 805-6568.
CANCELATIONS
- Custom orders can not be cancelled after fabric is cut.
- If fabric has not been cut a 25% restocking fee is charged.
TOLERANCE
- Length — Some fabrics may vary up to 1" or more because of the give or changes in temperature or weather.
- Width — Pleated widths may very up to 1" wider. Please be assured all drapery are tabled and pleated meticulously to make all widths and lengths as exact as possible.
DYE LOTS
- Variations in dye lots, flaws, slubs and shading within the same piece are considered part of the natural beauty of silk. Dye lots do vary so a cutting of the current dye lot for approval is recommended.
